In order to provide you with our products and / or services, to be able to respond to your requests (for information, quotes, updates etc ..) our company needs to collect some of your personal data.
Such data may concern for example: personal data, addresses and names of reference, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, tax code, VAT number, bank details. Purpose – For what purposes we collect your data
Your personal data is collected and processed for the following purposes:

- For the execution of the administrative, fiscal, accounting, etc obligations and obligations deriving from the contracts stipulated, as well as disposed by the current legislation, by the regulations and by the community legislation, as well as by dispositions given by legitimate authorities and by supervisory and control bodies (ex: inspections by the Tax Authority);
Based on art. 24, paragraph b of Legislative Decree 196, for the purposes expressed above, your consent is not necessary, as the processing of data is carried out to “perform obligations deriving from a contract of which the interested party is a party or to fulfill, before the conclusion of the contract, to specific requests of the interested party “, and to” fulfill an obligation established by law, regulation or community legislation “.

Nature of the provision
The provision of your personal data is optional, but a refusal in this sense makes it impossible for the Company to be able to process its requests for quotes, offers, orders and contracts, as reported in points 1, 2 and 3 of the “purpose” paragraph.

How to request the deletion of personal data
The customer, at any time, has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data with written communication to be sent to the registered office of Pianeta Pesca.
